Dadaism Leaves

Dadaism tried to rush around, tried to be involved. It’s harder for a person to be busy, he reflected, when they are so unwanted. Still, rejection produces emotions easier to deal with than…what he didn’t want. Humanism had once told him to take things slowly and believe.

Nothing could be more painful than happiness, experiencing and remembering it. Dadaism, that night, needed to drive into the desert, cut down a cactus and drag it behind his truck.
